GUTS!™ is an offal-forward, confession booth of a restaurant lifestyle magazine. That's what it says in the "about" section of our website anyway. In our first ever print issue, we've brought together 33 contributors from around the world to deliver readers a tripe-addled, liver-stuffed, melted-brain loving experience. 

Stories include a two-page spread from Millicent Souris on eating whole crabs in Maryland, Gareth Eoin Storey on cooking tripe and onions for the first time, Atreyee Madhukalya asking “Why Won’t you Try This”?, Charlotte Cook  eating tripe at a sushi-boat restaurant in Argentina, and Katie Mather on the oxymoron of vegan haggis. There are also Q&A's with Alicia Kennedy, Hugh Corcoran, and Gareth Storey plus a film section that includes criticism from Marion Teniade, Elissa Suh, Jemima Skala, and Andrew Truong.
